This Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all purchases made through the Aanandam website, operated by Chef Garden Inc. By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Nature of Products

Aanandam sells consumable and perishable food products, including but not limited to:

  • Protein bars

  • Teas

  • Nutritional and wellness food items

Due to hygiene, safety, and regulatory reasons, special policies apply to such products.

2. Order Cancellation Policy

2.1 Cancellation Before Shipment

  • Order cancellation is allowed only before the order is shipped.

  • Customers must request cancellation as soon as possible after placing the order.

  • Once the cancellation request is approved, the order will be cancelled and processed for refund.

2.2 Cancellation After Shipment

  • Cancellation is NOT allowed once the order has been shipped or dispatched.

  • Shipping confirmation marks the cut-off point. No exceptions.

3. Refund Policy

3.1 Refund Eligibility

Refunds are issued only if:

  • The order is cancelled before shipment, and

  • Payment has been successfully received.

3.2 Refund Method & Timeline

  • Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used during checkout.

  • Processing time depends on the payment provider or bank and may take several working days.

We are not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment gateways.

4. Return Policy (No Returns)

4.1 No Returns Accepted

  • We do not accept returns under any circumstances.

  • Once delivered, products are considered final sale.

4.2 Reason for No Returns

Because our products are:

  • Consumable

  • Perishable

  • Health and hygiene sensitive

Accepting returns would compromise food safety and consumer well-being. This policy is non-negotiable.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

We take quality and packaging seriously. However:

  • Minor packaging dents or external wear caused during transit do not qualify for refunds or replacements.

  • Claims related to incorrect items or missing items must be reported immediately upon delivery with supporting evidence.

Approval of such cases is at the sole discretion of Chef Garden Inc.

6. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • Order cancelled after shipment

  • Delivered products

  • Change of mind after delivery

  • Taste, texture, or personal preference issues

  • Incorrect address provided by the customer

  • Failed delivery due to customer unavailability

7. How to Request Cancellation or Refund

If your order is eligible for cancellation or refund, please submit a request using the Cancel Order form.

Our team will review your request and respond as per our cancellation policy.

This policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of competent Indian courts.
